  • Oh that's awful news about the lads casing your place Natty. Really irks me big time that folk think they have a right to help themselves to other people's hard earned stuff!! I hope they catch those lads, although without previous history they'll probably get away with a ticking off!

Love the comments about everyone's stashes of loo rolls cos I have that too. Bought a pack of 45 from C*stco couple of weeks ago on offer. Wanted to buy another pack too but resisted...just!

Hey pix - hope all's well in your world:)

Yes, there is probably a world shortage of loo rolls out there currently. With further investigation, the supplies will be traced back to MFWs, then upon even further investigation......Tilly:D

  • Hiya Natty. Been awol for a week or so with ballistic work targets and a weekend away to see pals down south.
Imagine the headline "A national state of emergency has been declared due to demand for toilet rolls outstripping the number of trees required to make them. This crisis has been traced to several individuals on a well known forum"

    Morning Natty

So sorry to hear your home (well garden) has been violated - hope the police can find something useful. Sending you hugs

I wasn't online last night as there was a power cut in my street - I was nicely settled on the sofe watching a film and off it went! Reminded me that I much prefer life with electricity! Thankfully it's back on again now as I'm working from home today too

    :)

Hi fellow home workers (glad the electric is back on BW!)

I am still waiting for the police - not that I mind really as enjoying working from home....the sun is streaming through the house and it's like a lovely (but cold:eek:) spring day:)

Hopefully the police won't be too much longer though.....

Sounds almost as frustrating as it is waiting for a delivery.... Sometime between 8 and 6...?

Can you not just work from home for the rest of the day and forget you ever had that telephone call? If not, then you're a better woman than me - no way would I be heading in to work just for the afternoon.....

It's very tempting, however the guilt would be too much!

I'll finish off a few emails then head down about 1.30pm (any sooner and I'll be hit with kids/school traffic as my office is in a primary school:eek:)

Wow - you really are a better woman than me. Unless you have meetings or something, does it make any difference if you type emails from your house or from the office?
