Ihad to laugh so hard with the dress in the knicker incident. Your not as bad as me who did that on the 1st day of a new job mortification doesnt cover it.

Finally I have reached the end of a rather busy week, although next week may be slightly  also...I think I can just about see the light at the other side;)

Well folks, I am still crisp, alcohol and biscuit free....although have had small squares of dark chocolate every so often:p

I have also lost a TOTAL of 12.75 inches overall, so it's certainly been worthwhile abstaining from the above, as I have still eaten my beloved potatoes, bread, butter, chips, pizza etc. etc.

So far this weekend, other than lady gym visit this morning, I am having the L-A-Z-I-E-S-T day. No housework for me, I am slovenly and undomestic goddesslike, but hey I have recently lost a foot of lard so have awarded myself some special FA time:A

Shame it's all off one leg ;). Seriously, that's great going, well done :T.

Size 0 for me all the way:D I was reading today that the 'thigh gap' is the latest must have.....personally speaking I would rather have something between my thighs.

    I'll get my coat.

It's not easy HDK - particularly at weekends  If I can keep this going (as in the denials) through until end of April, I am hoping to lose a stone and a half in total, ideally I would be happy to be either loose size 12, or ideally squeeze the lard into a size 10 for the summer....this way I could keep up the lady gym and be able to have a drink of wine - there is NO WAY I'm having a wine free summer:eek::eek::eek:

On the other hand, there's no way I'm having a summer of covering up layers of lard.....and so the good fight will continue;)
