El - apparently the body fat monitor thingy reads water in muscle (or something like that), and if like me, you don't drink much water, the % will increase....so next on my list is to drink water - yeuch I only like water when I'm really thirsty so not going to find this one easy:cool:
I ran out of time today to call natw*st, so hopefully tomorrow.

I got that done once, I was told I don't drink enough water as well ... I asked how much water do you recommend he said between 1.5-2 litres per day ... I replied so the 3 litres per day I currently drink is ?
It seems my body doesn't hold water ... Proof of which would be the amount of times I frequent the bathroom:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
