Signed up for LoveFilm, next night looked in quidco account and said my £14 payout was declined. Should be called HateFilm!

Same here with Love/film declined for absolutely no apparent reason. So I queried it and was awarded half the pay.

Also the AA declined for no reason.

I'm in the same boat . The payment is validated for May payment after being shifted 1 month , its the last day of May today so if it doesn't change to " received " I shall be disappointed to say the least . The only reason I went through TSB for the house insurance was due to cashback reducing it to a level that I was more than happy with .

Have others who went through TSB Quidco been paid out within the 2 month period ?

Any sign yet? Mine has been moved to a June payment date now. Should I try to query it through quidco?

Three 'untracked' enquiries pending since Aug-Sep '06 for me totalling £22-23. All are marked 'sent to merchant' since Oct '07, but that's about all - not heard anything or received a penny. G

P.S. This thread should really be in the The Consumer Vent Board...

I have exactly the same problem and am so annoyed with Quidco. I purchased car insurance with screentrade via Quidco back in Feb and am still waiting for cashback to be applied to my account....

It says on the screentrade site ...
"The screentrade.co.uk website is operated by Lloyds TSB Insurance Services Limited of Tredegar Park, Newport, NP10 8SB, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. "

Quidco are useless at chasing claims- all you get is a standard email that they chase them once a month.
I had one claim outstanding, but Quidco would not take any notice the emails that I sent, they only replied with thier standard reply" We chase outstanding claims once a month" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was the first & last transcation that I made with Quidco.
I now use Rpoints who are reliable. Their cashback is less than Quidco, but they will also match Quidco, if you apply for a match. You will have to do this for all transactions, but they are hasle free & provide good service.

That's really interesting to know, I wasn't aware of this.

i ve done a pricematch with quidco on a car insurance policy i think quidco was offering 100% more so i put a claim in and within a month it was pending with the new total minus £5 as this is what quidco would charge you to join so they speak. it was quick and easy enough as i could also see the progress of the cashback query.
the option is there under FAQ on the left hand side options when you sign into rpoints..hth

Complain in writing to the company you purchased goods from via Quidco.
Say you're disappointed with your experience of purchasing goods from them via Quidco and you'll consider never doing so again, via Quidco or directly.

Quidco will have an affiliate agreement with the company you purchased from.

The more complaints companies get from customers having problems with Quidco may make the companies put pressure on Quidco to get their act sorted out or boot them from any affiliate agreements.
