quidco - some sneaky affiliates not paying out

ORANGE WILL NOT PAY!! I took out an orange contract which should give me £25 cash back, 6 months later NOTHING!! I think its disgusting!!!

Stay away from LLoyds TSB Car insurance if you want some cashback.

I've been doing cashbacks for years and this transaction was a textbook one that was recorded by Quidco but it's been declined for no reason as far as I can see. I always do the same thing, clearing cookies, closing everything else down that could upset tracking etc. I know it did track really.

Looking back thought various threads there seem to be a lot of people not being paid by LLoydsTSB. Better to go with some other company that does pay even if it's a bit less.

I also note that the quidco tracking reliability information for LloydsTSB has not changed to reflect yet another failed cashback. I can't believe the stats looking at how many people are unhappy whith them in lots of forums.

Well that's another customer Lloyds TSB have lost for ever.

I did Lloyds TSB car insurance with Quidco a couple of years back when it was paying £120 and it did track and pay ok. I wonder why these sudden failures are happening?

I, and a friend also did TALKTALK through Quidco, yet that refused to pay out the proper amount for both of us, though it did track. It paid us £22 each instead of the £32 it should have paid. Quidco gave all the usual excuses about cookies, but that could not be so due to the fact that they had paid part of the amount. After a while it dropped off the list that I could raise a ticket about. But I found a way around the problem and I persisted for about six months and eventually Quidco paid it.

I'm still waiting for £20 from an Alliance and Leicester savings account since February!

It seems to me Privilege are now heading towards being a sneaky quidco affiliate. Apart from reducing the amount they pay from something like £70 to £50 these days I have two transactions still in the 'tracked' state since June/July this year. I have used Privilege for car insurance for the past 4 - 5 years, mainly because they work out cheapest, and even cheaper with the quidco. Up til now they have been very reliable for payouts but next year I'll consider moving elsewhere with or without quidco.

Quidco is turning into a shambles ever since its been getting a lot of media coverage and I think companies are just finding sneakier ways not to pay out and hoping customers would forget about it in the long run ...

I bought Asda car insurance, tracked OK and validated. Suddenly it has been declined. Am now in touch with Quidco to try to sort, but I will be annoyed if they don't pay. Bought Lloyds TSB last year and that was paid out OK.

I also did not get paid cashback by Lloyds TSB car insurance when I took the insurance out earlier this year. I made an enquiry but still ended up with nothing. In addition I have recently bought a mobile from dial-a-phone with £60 cashback, and surprise surprise it wasn't tracked, currently have an enquiry going regarding this, but not holding out much hope. I personally don't rate Quidco, everything I have done never tracks, just a waste of time as I spend months hastling them and get nowhere.

Am waiting on 2 cash backs from Privilege from June/July - the date on quidco just keeps moving back even though they were tracked and validated months ago! I will also avoid them in future!
