I took out RAC breakdown cover a couple of weeks ago and it isn't showing as tracked. I tried to send a ticket to Quidco but it said i have to wait to the 20th December to do so. I hope i don't have to wait 6 months to get the £21 cashback i should be receiving for taking it out wholly online.

I too have received a message that my request from Abel & cole's £10 offer had been declined. Has anyone received their £10 or has everyone been declined.

It's been over a year since I took out Kwik-Fit Insurance. I made an enquiry in June and in July was told :
"We are pleased to inform you that your enquiry has been successful. This will appear as added in your account until the payment is received by Quidco. On receipt of payment from the merchant this will show as received. Payments from merchants can take up to four months please allow us this length of time before pursuing the enquiry any further."

After the 4 months I had still not received any money so I raised a ticket with them a month ago. This is their reply:

"Thank you for your enquiry. I am afraid that we still have not received payment for your transaction from the affiliate network our payments team are working very hard to get this resolved for you. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment that this matter may be causing you. And I would like to assure you that we are trying to get this matter resolved as a soon as possible."

I still have not received any money. Looks like Kwik-Fit won't pay Quidco.

I just phoned up Abel & Cole to query and the member of staff and her colleague didn't know about any promotion and asked if I had queried it with Quidco. I explained Quidco were just the medium and it was declined by Abel & Cole, but she was clueless about it all & the offer. Said she would phone me back on Monday when more of her colleagues are in that she can speak to

I've noticed since the various magazine offer stopped taking any inquires nothing now tracks ! Coincidence ??

I had an issue with Currys. They were offering cashback on "Reserve and Collect" items, however after 2 months, despite giving them all the receipt details they needed, I got the response "The transaction cannot be traced". Now it would appear that Currys no longer offer cashback, but I still have an open ticket as I'm not accepting that there isn't some cashback floating around still.

I have found Privilege used to be excellent for paying out within 3 months, but this year they have been getting really bad and sometimes not even paying out for me, and want extra information such as policy number before they will even track it. Next year I'll be seeking alternatives as one of the reasons why I've always bought insurance from Privilege was because they track so quickly and usually are the cheapest after adding quidco.
