Can I actually raise an enquiry with Quidco to find out when I'll eventually get paid. I can't seem to find the correct way to contact them and when I click on the earnings enquiry screen it tells me that as the transaction is more than 6 weeks ago I'm too late. (My transaction has tracked it is in the validated column)

    Any advice please?

I have spoken to Quidco now and they have told me that they did have problems with Lloyds TSB last month and any outstanding amunts will be paid out this month.

I went through Quidco last week to order from our nephew's Wedding List held at John Lewis. This has not tracked yet though average is 0 days according to Quidco. Cleared cookies and everything. (I also hoped to put in a £10 off anything over £50 code but the Wedding List set up does not seem to give the opportunity to do this)

Is this not likely to track because it was from a Wedding List rather than the general John Lewis site?

Thanks in advance if anyone knows.

How do you apply for a match with rpoints for same as quidco?

    Use this link:

    http://www.rpoints.com/hcp/

and fill in the details; it's fairly straightforward and the points are awarded instantaneously for some merchants.

I've been looking home contents/buildings insurance, as our is up for renewal next month. Lloyds TSB are offering a very good cashback rate, but when Igot to the final stage, it said there was problem with the application (can't think what it was) and that I should call them to discuss it.

Thanks to being alerted by this thread, I haven't, so big thanks to the OP.

Not sure how to continue with the application though, as I am quite interested as their quote was quite reasonable. I'm damned if I'm going to lose out on over £100 of cashback on it though!

I've seen a few people on here complain about quidco - but I have only had good results

I joined in February and just got my first payment in the bank for £426 !! - The bulk of this was made up of payments for simply swapping two lots of car insurance ( £60 each from Direct Line ) and my house insurance ( £130 from Prudentail)

Fantastic - just bought some new furniture for daughters bedroom with it

I am very annoyed with Quidco and had very little assistance from them. In December 2005 I signed up to Blue Square and deposited £10 and was suppose to get £70. It was declined and I appealed finall in April 2006 it was added to me account but nothing more since.
It hasn't been received and just shows added for the last year.
I have emailed Quidco and recieved no reponse. Any advice please?

I wonder if there's any point, after waiting since last year, august and october 2006, for getting cashback from home insurance and a betting website, I sent Quidco a fourth ticket enquiry and this is the reply I got today:

"Hi, We continue to send outstanding enquiries monthly to the merchant; unfortunately there is little else that we can do. Technically, there is no obligation to pay out on enquiries that do not track and considering they have already secured a sale there is also little motivation. It varies wildly between merchants, some resolve enquiries very quickly and others never do. Hopefully we may still hear back from the merchant about your cashback. That said, we've been working on this issue with merchants and have implemented a new technical and service level agreement that means all SureShop merchants will have a 30 day turnaround for enquiries that have been made since the launch of SureShop. We recommend looking for the SureShop symbol when making future purchases, http://www.quidco.com/help/108/ Kind regards, Quidco"

Now I feel really angry, it's so rubbish that these were the biggest two transactions on my account and Quidco are not going to do anything, well they've got their money, Barclays have got their money and everyone's happy right. It's really stupid, now I'm stuck with one of the more expensive home insurance policies, it did work out cheapest after cashback. I'm really steamed. I won't use Quidco again, I mean they got their £5, they got their affliate money, and what did I get, sweet ......! So annoyed, don't expect any help or money from Quidco!

  • i have found the rac is great, their car insurance has been the cheapest for me two times, and they pay the 70 pound cash back really quickly

some arent always succesful but not overly fussed, its beneficial enough

my one gripe is the fact expedia hasnt tracked two transactions and the enquiries arnet going anywhere fast

one positive was send it paying 25 pounds, but infacvt half my order was cancelled so more than i should of had

Last time I checked my Quidco transactions (within the past couple of days), they were all marked due for payment in July or August. I've just checked again today, and they've all moved back six months to Jan/Feb 2008.

I don't like having to enable cookies, pop-ups and all manner of unwanted stuff going on. Quidco have yet to pay me a penny - I'm beginning to think they're not worth the bother.
