I bought my Skype credit through Quidco. All completed on-line. Mine was tracked. I supposed to get £2.50 cashback. But then saw it was rejected. Did ask for the enquiry. No result back yet.

I got a replied e-mail from Quidco regarding to my buying skype credit. Now all tracked. Just wait to get my cashback.

I think e-bay are the worst - they never ever ever track and have the policy that your not allowed to query - quidco won't answer queries into e-bay payouts.

they don't even have the 'completing online' excuse they just don't pay out without reason

I got my tracks on ebay. But have not got money yet. Just started with quidco less than a month. Will keep an eye on.

I only got 1/2 my cashback from PC World too, never bothered to query it again as it was under £10.
  • I have had 3 separate orders for woolworths declined. They all tracked ok. When it came to paying they have declined them all. I think its something to do with there rubbish computer system. I collected all 3 orders from instore, but 6 months on there system still shows them as waiting to be collected. As if I would pay and not collect!!!
  • I bought a new mobile from o2 last August which didn't track. It has been showing as 'Sent to Merchant' since that time when I queried it. Is there anything else I can do?

I got the same thing from 3, its been like that for over 2 months, saying 'Sent to Merchant'
A man never needs to ask for directions, we always get to where we intended to go, and at exactly the time expected. :T
  • I had a problem with e2Save, who declined my mobile phone contract payment of £36.50. However, there was the small issue that I had inadvertently raised 5 orders by mistake whilst using IE. Although it took several calls to E2Save, they did confirm the transaction to Quidco earlier this month (Nb phone bought on 27 january). The money is received by Quidco but am still waiting to end of this month to get it!

Then I have to wait 12 days for payment to reach Paypal, where it will join the other commission accumulated!

Lesson learned - check the amount of commission before deciding how Quidco pay you!

Paypal is only free to withdraw if £50+, otherwise 25p. Quidco is 5p a month. If I had spotted this sooned I might have set Quidco to pay direct to my bank rather than via Paypal!

This week im waiting for an order placed with boots in August last year to be resolved, £125 from barclays home insurance to show up, a booking with hotels.com for £350+ ( 6% cashback ) to arrive, but good news for me the £75 for car insurance with sheilas wheels is showing up fine, so is an order for a keyboard i placed with one of the merchants and flybe flights tracked without any hassles at all :)

Insured both cars thru LTSB via Quidco this renewal time (Nov) - both tracked and both paid. No complaints.
