Tackling my Debt and Simplifying My Life

Hi GL
Ive just had my LB moment and I'm reading though many diaries. I will be watching yours and I think you have done well so far.
I too fell peer pressure to go to all the nights out have the latest gadgets and buying the best clothes to make me feel better. Biggest mistake I've ever made.
I too am planning on going round the house looking for things to eBay but I'm always concerned no one will buy them!
I wish you Lots of success in clearing your debt.0 -
eBay went well- made about £50- just goes to show bits and no swill sell and mount up. Few more things to list tomorrow.
Had a big meeting at work about the structures of teams and future plans- seems like bosses can do anything they want and we just got to be grateful to have the job.
The packed lunches for work are going well, saving lots and enjoying the variety of soups, sandwiches etc.
Going to cuddle up on sofa under my fleece watching TV and listening to the horrendous weather outside!

Seems to be happening a lot, and I think it will get worse the longer the current financal problems in the country continue
Great news on ebay, amazong how quickly things can add up on there, really makes a difference, must get a few things on myself.
P.S. I'm also curled up under my fleece

Morning all,
How is it going GL. I've not had much time to post this week, only 3 days until we leave for Australia so it's a bit manic.
I have a pile ready for eBay but can't list now until I return.
Trying not to buy any food now and eating up the food in the fridge and freezer.
If I don't get chance to post again, hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. I will be back in the new year with my debt clearing head on and a new signature showing how much we owe:o

Thanks for your messages brizzle and Julie. I haven't posted in a few days due to being in bed with the winter vomiting bug .
Still not back to normal- just wanted to check in and say hi.
Hope you have a wonderful time in Australia Julie, looking forward to hearing all about it and reading your new diary to becoming debt-free!!!
Hope everyone is keeping warm and cosy- I am snuggled up watching strictly!!!

You poor thing GL. Norovirus is the work of the devil, way too much of it about at the moment

Get well soon, hope the rest of the family manage to avoid it (if they weren't the ones to give it to you!).0 -
Hope you feel better soon GL.
I had it a couple of weeks ago and it was nasty while it lasted. Thankfully it didn't last long
You're doing well with the debt busting. My eBay sales seem to have dried up these last two weeks so I'll have a break now till after Christmas.Next £0.00 Aqua £470.00
