I have just had an Ok coversation with a Steve Benton who has put this together.

He has agreed to speak to the lead adjudicator about removing word penalty and changing it to Parking ticket

I also asked him whether the word liable for parking charge could be interpreted as legally liable, his was response was this would be looked at.

Also direct him to the promises made by Norman Baker and in a DFT information page - both of which were linked earlier on this thread. Both of which promised that a motorist COULD appeal on more grounds than these, including appealing on legal arguments, rights to pursue a charge, that sort of thing.

I am on my lunch break at work at the mo but couldn't help thinking that this website has rather more potential:

    HTH :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

  • Shouldn't they also add Money Saving Expert and Pepipoo to their "Useful Links"?
  • As the popla.org website is run by the BPA, it's not surprising that it is biased.

I thought of that ages ago. It already belongs to BANCA POPOLARE DEL LAZIO SCARL. They also have popla.org.

.co.uk and .com also already taken, the former by the BPA.

    A very generous offer. It's £2.99 on 1&1!

There will be a complaint email from me over the weekend copying in my MP and Norm Baker ( obviously quoting the Minister and pointing out that POPLA are far from providing the service he promised ).
All aboard the Gus Bus !
