Is Friday considered a weekday or weekend? The Bare luxury store visits give a range of dates and say it either has to be a weekday visit or weekend but doesn't state which is which. I'll email them to clarify but just thought I'd check to see if anyone here knows....

Edit: The reply from Bare confirmed that Monday to Friday is midweek. Saturday and Sunday is weekend.

Weekdays are monday to thursday for those shops. Look at the dates, 15th to 18th = Monday to Thursday.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Thanks NIM. Just to confuse the matter, a few of them say 15th to 19th  I've emailed for clarification as I'm only free on the Friday.

Can I start a 'most annoying proof reading query' competition?

    Here's mine for starters.

Slow resto review - I had said - The bill was delivered in less than a minute.

Query - How long did it take to deliver the bill?
    arghhh!!!

i think there should be an annual acting awards ceremony for mystery shoppers (although we would have to attend wearing masks)

the buy back i have had to do today, I would have won an oscar I think ;)
  • Hi all,

having a mare over a greasy burger!! Did the job a month ago and they had no working toilet, upstairs cordoned off and downstairs 'out of order' sign.

They initially queried my timings and said they were checking CCTV but no mention of the timings since so I assume they were right.

I have, however, had three emails questioning my observation of the toilets. The latest one asking whether I bothered to read the sign on the toilet properly as the restaurant claim it said the manager had a key (for the out of order toilet!!!)

I've just lost my rag with them and told them this is my honest opinion as a potential customer and should they be unwilling to accept that, fine, but don't question my honesty.

    Any advice??

(p.s. hate greasy burger jobs, heard manager on last drive thru telling staff to 'get the blue nissan through quickly')

dont work for them again then would be the obvious advice
and be prepared to be sacked too, if at least for that client

do you drive a blue nissan ?
why is it bad to rush a customer through
in terms of a fast food location I dont want to be waiting round so would be glad to hear a manager telling staff to hurry up ?
  • Great advice, thanks. Glad I came here for it.
