Anyone got a rough idea of how long it takes for Tern to grade their tests? I had to do the 'New Shopper Signup 2' but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to be graded :( Is the normal or not?

Depends on if they need new shoppers in your area, Tern tend to look after the shoppers they have and don't saturate the pool of shoppers too much.
Must just be me then that does not think these Tern visits are woth the hassle

They are a piece of cake to do, same scenario as the last MSC that did them and because the date is pretty open they are easy to stack with other jobs.

Well they replied to me saying I was accepted as they were looking for people in my area (Glasgow) and that I was to do the test! so I'll just wait a little more I guess!

It started mystery shopping in august.
I joined Market Force have been enjoying the assignments.

Recently there have been no new assignments in my area so I decided to join another company. I haven't been having any luck with this.

I joined GAPBuster. Their Clients are not places I'd choose to go. The phrase "you couldn't pay me to go there" springs to mind. I just joined Helion research but felt they were asking to much information from me and don't know what their assignments are like.

Can anyone else recommend a company i might like?

If you look on the first page of this thread you'll find lots of MS companies listed. I'd apply to them all and see what comes up. Some will have lots of work and then nothing for a while; others will have a few jobs now and then and some will have regular work.

Applying for all of them will take to long some of them have really long applications. I've just been selecting one that sound good but I'm not getting anywhere.

While not fully booked I'm being choosy which jobs I take at the moment, certainly the decent fee jobs are still around and the benefits of doing some last minute super urgent TNS and BARE jobs is reaping dividends.

MF called me about one of there cheapo supermarkets on the West Coast, I was driving right past it and the fee wasn't enough to stop the car to be honest.

I was offered one which I was actually going to be inside for another company and still decided it wasn't worth it :rotfl:

I know the scenario is easy I have done them before for the other company with the higher reimbursement. I will reserve judgement until I see the report for them.

Notts is awful at the moment. I've done 7 today and thats it for the month at the moment... 5 of those were GFK (4 banks and one phone shop) :(

At least I know where the banks went! I haven't been to quick off the mark so missed the usual ones. It seems like its the 2 of us who rotate on these!
