Is the pay really that bad? I have done bus rides for a totally different company and that was just over double digit £ per hour. Shame they have not done them in a while.
Anyone picked up any of the RA pub lunches? The total fee/reimbursement is slightly better than when TNS did their pubs a few years back. Well done RA!
Where are all the long time posters like TG, MSL, DPJ etc? Have you all disappeared into nothingness? Miss you.0 -
The pay was good for my visit. No complaint on that front. But blimey it's tedious now.... I still wouldn't do it again good fee or otherwise.Sealed Pot Challenge #239

I accepted some bus audits and really REALLY regret it now. Completed the visits with no issues but now have to file a seperate lengthy report for each journey. Would release them if I hadn't already spent all my money on stupid bus tickets. Nightmare!! I hate doing this job sometimes....
I know how you feel! I did a chemist audit today (not ESA) and the company grossly underestimated how long it would take! My feet are still aching! I did wonder at one point whether it was worth carrying on, but decided a somewhat poor overall hourly rate was better than working an hour for nothing. Plus I intend to use it as leverage the next time (or five) I want a favour from the co
Also, if you've noticed more jobs in your area the last month or so, you're welcome0 -

That's the one (cue the usual suspects now telling me that the jobs are a doddle and they get in and out in about 20 minutes!). I don't mind GfK for the most part (though I mainly do bank and postal jobs for them nowadays), but I think that's one of the jobs I'll give a miss in future! I'm sure it would get quicker if I were to do it a couple more times, but it's not time I really want to waste at the moment, as I've just started uni.0 -

The first one is always a killer - they become far less painful after that. The positive is the reports are a doodle and take very little time to complete.0 -
Applying for all of them will take to long some of them have really long applications. I've just been selecting one that sound good but I'm not getting anywhere.
This is probably because everyone else thinks they sound good too. I know that I applied to the majority of them, as I'm sure many many others have too. Sadly life isn't just handed to you on a plate.0 -

That's what I thought would be the case, but I don't really think I have the time to spend improving nowadays, the regular auditor/s will be glad to hear! I still had quite a lot of data to input at the end, but at least I could do that bit with my feet up and a beer in my hand!0 -

And the applications themselves are a test. If they put you off then wait tillyou do a report. This isn't easy money nor for everyone. self selecting out is good as it means less competition for those who it is meant for0 -
