That's worrying to hear ! I thought the companies I was dealing with were reputable.....No point in doing this work if I don't get paid !!0

Everyone should have a spreadsheet for tax purposes. You deserve to be missing expenses if you haven't kept one. A simple pay claim is generally so quickly rectified.0

Just make a note of all the visits you do and how much you should be paid. I prefer to do mine manually in a diary and then do the maths at the end of each month. It would probably be easier to do in an Excel spreadsheet but I prefer to do it this way. The only thing I have not done and probably should do is tick off each visit I have been paid for, but with RA that would take forever as they never specifically say what they are paying for.
I'm sure they make genuine mistakes but I have seen it crop up more over the last few months: RM forgetting travel expenses/postage a few times, REACT forgetting postage expenses, AA more or less forgetting to pay full stop.
Hope you manage to get it sorted and sorry if I put you off, not all the companies are the same.0 -

You do it exactly the same as I do...unfortunately I seem to have mislaid my diary! Nearly forgot to do 2 jobs! Think it might be time to get the spreadsheet sorted..:oWell, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Have you been paid the visit fee and not the expense or are you looking on their SASSIE site, where the expense is not shown?
If you're looking on their website in the Shop fees column, that expense has never been included on any of the visits I've done, yet I've always received it.
Alternatively, you can click on the shop payment review link to check your payments, both paid and unpaid. All payments, including fees and expenses, are listed here. If it's not listed here then a quick e-mail to MSpayroll@tnsglobal.com should sort it.
I'm sure many MS shoppers have their favourite firms but I've found TNS to be one of the best out there.0 -
I've never not been paid, but I do keep a meticulous Excel spreadsheet. In any business, you'll get clients who don't pay on time. I hope all of you realise you can slap them with a fat fine for late payment. Look up Late Payment Legislation Law. You are self-employed, so you are perfectly entitled to use this. I have done it many a time.Minimalist

Im new too & so far the only jokers not paying & discrediting good work have been retail maxim (they said id been discovered as a mystery shopper which is rubbish because since then ive had genuine follow up calls from the flooring shop) & gapbuster who have a problem with a fast food client whose managers are scuppering the shops.
Ive found esa best payers & bare 2nd best the rest are good also and the longest wait has been for frontline focus0 -
