Still not heard from about if client wants any buyback purchases. Its a week since I bought them. What is a reasonable time length for the agency to contact us about what to do with them? I have whole car boot full of the stuff as it was taking too much room at home.0

you might have missed the email they sent reminding people not to discuss projects with others last week or so so might want to recheck it.
but a general response to jobs of this type would be
as with all companies, a reasonable time doesn't exist as it down to the details on an individual case by case basis for the project but the real life answer is as long as necessary.
Its a clients call and out of their hands. Think of your amount x every region of the country and they/the client needs to co ordinate a lot and it wont be a decision for one person to make at the client company but a team which is never a quick process, especially when there are costs involved. I can guarantee there are people with 20 times the amount you have so think of the space its taking up for them...
For other companies Ive had items for 4 months before.
Its a nature of the business that you may have things for a while and have to bankroll a high amount of cash upfront and if people aren't able to do these things, they should reconsider taking jobs on as its not for everyone.
hope that helps0 -

Anyone shed any light on that popcorn alert?0

If someone posted what should I do with those recalled packs of chocolate coated dog turds then that is discussing a project.
Mentioning product recall is not in itself discussing a project in the same way mentioning mystery shopping is not discussing a project. Both are standard terms used in retail quality assurance.
If people can acquaint themselves with that basic concept it will be helpful to everyone I'm sure.0 -
