My online banking's been playing up for the last few days. Is anyone's showing Douglas Stafford as having paid? It's meant to be the last day of the month and I'm sure they use BACS rather than IBAN, so it normally shows by now.

They will do, they just seem to often add it on later. Keep an eye on it and if you still are concerned, drop them an email.

Make a note of all the shops you do and the promised fee and expenses. I think most people do it on an Excel spreadsheet. (Check out me giving the advice, I think it's time I started doing one too!)

I've noticed a lot of companies are "forgetting" to include expenses/postage costs and unless you query them, they will remain "forgotten" about.
