Thanks in advance Sarah.
Hi Sarah
I always put consultancy, business consultancy, or something like that, because once you get into it you may find yourself doing merchandising, marketing, promotions, all sorts. That way you're covered all ways0 -

I have to agree with the gapbuster problem with regards to the golden arches client. Sooner or later, anyone who does the job properly will get the sack for this client unless gap have a shortage of shoppers in your area.
GAP do tell shoppers that they're not needed, but of the multitude of reasons, "doing the job properly" isn't one I've ever seen with them. I know a little about GAP not directly, but from how they inter-acted with a company I worked for, and they will monitor not just exact timings but also to see if the individual's ratings of restaurants are way off the brand average.
When I was working for a different restaurant chain, we tried one of the large MS companies (not GAP and I won't mention who here for obvious reasons) who had much lower standards. Our staff were frequently guessing who the shoppers were, the reports were spell checked but of a low quality, and the timings were rarely anywhere near accurate. In all fairness, they needed to get rid of some of their weaker assessors to let the better ones take the work, but they (to my knowledge) never did.0 -

Also to the shopper sat in an MF meat pub, completing the questionnaire on your tablet in the restaurant, the staff spotted you, played you like a piano and were even talking about you quite openly not 5 foot away, you are a disgrace to shopping.

Will try and be a bit more inconspicuous next time. My bad.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

It has happened to me a couple of times and it usually comes back on its own after a few minuets. Just keep checking/reloading.0
