Haha... bet you don't even remember me!
Well I had to duck out of MSing for a while with various other commitments but I now have 3 days promo work a week and 4 days a week to get back into MSing.
So I'll start with a whinge :rotfl:
HELION..Aaargh
I hate their system. They start a new project and I apply for a couple of jobs because I can't self assign as "I have already self assigned the maximum number of jobs for this project". Really!! like zero.
So now I wait on pending/backup and I could've done the jobs today.
Madness. How am I supposed to plan when I don't know if I will be doing the job or not.
Rant over.

I gave up on Helion. Applied for about a dozen jobs and never got one. No e-mails, no answers to my questions, nothing, so I gave up on them.0 -

And that is when you can get on the system in the first place.
That error is a problem with the way they are using the system, they don't need all the jobs covered they only need a %age, all that is happening is the quota has been claimed and you are on a reserve list.
I got three allocated this week all with a 1 day window.0 -

I wondered what was going on, I had one pending and one back up too. I even booked time in for the pending job in case it was allocated on the day. Why on earth can't they have a better system rather than messing us around.:(0 -
OK. Bit of a question, can someone help me out.
Did a pizza delivery "visit" for RE today. Placed my order and was not given a promised time so waited over an hour. Nothing came, so I dialled the direct number and asked what was happening. I was told that the order had been cancelled and that the person who took the call had just started today. Basically, she didn't have a clue what she was doing.
I didn't cook anything as we were all expecting pizza for supper. I didn't reorder as I would have had to diall the call recording pallarva and I think it would have been obvious I was the special shopper, plus I was not prepared to wait another hour (or even longer in case the newbie cancelled again). I have now ordered takeaway from somewhere else.
Would there be any chance of me claiming the reimbursement (I had to order food from somewhere else!) and the fee from RE even though I obviously can't do the report? Am I in dreamland or could that be a possibility? It was not through any fault of my own that the order was cancelled and that I can't complete a full report.

If anyone can get the reimbursement and fee it's you dear mimi! I think you were right not to reorder and I think you have a case for claiming back your reimbursement. Good luck though. I'll sit back and watch how this one turns out0

Girl, you are too kind. I am sure I will be abe to work my charm. Doubt I will get anywhere though. But thanks for the luck, I sure will need it.
Oh and if anyone has a smaller version of a slapper to do this week, do check the condiment section! Heinz ketchup, Daddies ketchup, Pizza Express sauces and various other items are on clearance (some sized will no longer be stocked) and can be purchased for just over or under 50p which is almost 75% off. Also, their own brand label of grated mozzarella cheese 250g, is scanning at just less than 50p even though the price label says something much higher. I can't post pictures as the client would be given away, but do have a little look if you are doing one this week!0 -

I was driving through my burger for tea - sure I was rumbled when I was offered a receipt.
However the luke warm, unsalted, fries I waited to be freshly made and the two staff members smoking in between the two drive thru windows made me think otherwise.0
