Anyone else have a chuckle at the ESA email this afternoon>
If they hadn't slashed fees they might not have lost so many shoppers.0 -
Yep - I was even stupid enough to have a look to see the same old tired jobs that they halved in price.
No sympathy.0 -
Anyone else noticed the standard GAP reimbursement fee for the golden arches jobs now no longer covers the cost? I know they are on the other side of the world, but at least the reimbursement should be accurate.0

I'm not sure what they're playing at cos if you look at the cost + reimbursement + premium, it doesn't add up to the overall total quoted :cool:0 -
I had to laugh at some of the jobs ESA are offering- there is an audit that would take a good hour and they're offering a pittance for all the work involved. It was on there for months!Minimalist

They subbed a load of jobs out to Mystery Outsource last week and they struggled to get any takers at the original fee.
They are trying to get too much done for the fee,0 -
The Gap reimbursement has always been a bit short of the actual spend in my neck of the woods.
I made the mistake of logging on to ESA today as well
A couple of years ago I made a killing on those ESA audits when they really upped the fee but like GAP the premiums now are hardly worth bothering about. I wont do them for the regular fee.0 -
