I was suspended in January, no messages from them. In April I broke their one main rule and found a number and phoned them.:eek: OK got through to the wrong team but the nice lady emailed someone in the correct team. I then got the email I should have got in January saying I was suspended! Then a few weeks later got reinstated. So wait a bit, I also sent mails to find out what was going on with no reply.

I've never phoned them but have e-mailed them on numerous occasions and used their website enquiry facility.

As you say, it's very hit and miss though. Sometimes I receive replies from my e-mails and sometimes from website queries. Sometimes I never hear anything at all.

I never got paid for a job I did for them last year. They kept saying they didn't have my bank details and I kept sending them, nothing ever arrived. Has anyone noticed that ESA seem to have changed their tack on putting up fees automatically if jobs fall late? Now I am getting tons of emails asking me to make an offer including mileage....

I've not had that, but I have noticed that the jobs just hang around for ages and wonder if loads of people sacked them when they kept dropping their fees. Also, I think they put short dates on, but really have several weeks to get them done in, as its only after 3 weeks or so that they start putting the fee up.

why what happened? im assuming they've done something to you guys?

They're quite strict, I couldn't do a visit once due to illness and only told them on the day and they now won't let me take visits, yet i still get sent emails listing the visits available and can still log in and check whats available. So it would be so easy for someone to send a document but i don't really see the point of someone being like that.

eMailed their shoppers with all the emails visible, to everyone who got the email.
