Gap are only interested in the timings. These are usually complete by the time the receipt is mentioned and your cover is blown.

The same format is used on hundreds / thousands of visits each month so they have to be standardised.

The unit's bonuses are dependant on the report - so if they get a bad one they will try and discredit you. It's all part of the game.

If you do the job correctly, follow the rules, and give whatever follow-up information they may request, you have nothing to worry about. When you agree to do the job you agree to answer any follow-up they may request.

If your cover is blown, you may be restricted from a site for a while or for ever. Occasionally you may be 'rested' for ever, but this is usually for more than just a bad report.

Yep and I just found out they have a buzzer alert at one of the timing points which starts a stopwatch inside the place for the staff. I thought that was quite harsh but it did make me think if this is what the questioning is every time and if that's why they are trying to match up the shopper with CCTV

They do except card receipts? I've had mine accepted before or maybe they just missed them if they don't. Dunno

As far as I was aware they require an itemised receipt to prove you ordered the right items? Would be interested to know if card slips were accepted as a matter of course rather than just slipped the net, would be a lot easier!

I have had no problems just submitting credit card receipts for those jobs

They ask you to get a receipt. There is no stipulation that it must be the itemised receipt or that the card receipt only (if you paid by card) will be unsuitable. When I ask for a receipt, I scan what they provide me with - if I get two (card & itemised) I upload the latter.

I can't believe how badly some of the audit visits are paid. I did one recently for an electrical retailer and it didn't take that long and was covert, so was worth the fee. But there are some just up for a chemist and I can't believe what they're offering for an hour's work on the shop floor! Considering you'll have mileage and writing up to do after. Although, I s'pose it's just about the min wage.

I've completed my first visit for Quest a few days ago. Got my report feedback today.

I got "Good". Is this the highest you can get?

No comparable measures anywhere for it - comment was that I had a good quality and quantity of feedback, so nothing to improve on there.

Wondered what their range of grades are?

    Thanks

They go from good to very good (or superior) to excellent.

To get the top mark you need all your spelling and grammar to be right as you do with very good, and provide feedback on how they outlet can hit the top marks if you mark them down.

I've taken an assignment with ESA that needs to be completed between 4th May and 7th May and originally planned to complete it on Monday 6th May but was thinking of doing it tomorrow instead to get it out of the way so I'm wondering if that's going to be ok.

I was asked for a date that I could complete it when I applied but that doesn't seem to be shown anywhere on the system so I can't see a way to change the date.

Given the help lines aren't open over the weekend I wondered if anyone else has past experience of this and knows whether it would be ok to change the date as long as it's within the required window?

Yes they're fine with you doing it on a different date. As long as it's within the date window and correct time frame (if applicable) you should be fine doing it tomorrow.
Here I go again on my own....
