Thank you. Looks like I got marked down then as I refuse to use American spellings, even though the spell check tells me I should ;) Seeing as they said I gave good quality feedback...

As Service Measure (Quest is the software) are based in Glasgow I doubt you have been marked down for using the correct English, the spell checker language is down to your browser settings BTW. I get British English spellings fine.

Also to get an excellent rating you not only need to give good feedback but offer ways for the venue to get either better marks or top marks, usually this means how the staff can change things that are in their power.

What a shame Quest don't give this informaton themselves on their reports. Surely if they want the best reports they need to tell their shoppers what they want out of the reports. Some companies want facts, others want suggestions on what was missing, some just want you to repeat the questions back as the answer with a yes/no stuck in it.

As you do more you find out they want everything noted, there is no slant wanted, just a fair report on your experience. If you come from doing more retail reports to hotel and catering it can take some getting used to but you'll get there.

A good rating is what it says, good, don't sweat it too much.

Depends when you did the work, I picked up a couple at the end of the month that missed the pay run so I have to wait till the next one, if you did yours before say the 25th I'd be contacting them.

Quest - if you're reading...please take the hint and tell shoppers what grades are possible and what your expectations of each grade is. I shouldn't have to find out from an internet forum.

Email Gary and give him your feedback, he is lovely :D

Is anyone doing sending things for GfK? Do you know if the cost of sending is on top of the stated fee please? I find their breifings really hard to get my head round without reading them over and over and now I have confused myself. (I just found the email about these in my spam box by the way. )

When I load the page to login to Gap, under where it says 'Welcome Shoppers', there is a red box stating "Cookie is disabled in your Internet browser. Please enable cookie in your Internet browser ."
I've gone to my Internet Options( IE version10), and changed the Cookies setting to "Accept all Cookies" under the privacy tab. But this still doesn't seem to be enough. I am using Windows 7 on my PC.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do!!

    Thanks
