I still listen to Bauhaus, Depeche Mode, Clock DVA, Skinny Puppy, Alien Sex Fiend and a whole bunch of other stuff most people have probably never heard of :rotfl:Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0

Coincidentally, on my ipod on my flight last week, I was listening to Shes in Parties.
I still listen to Fashion, B-Movie, alt stuff like that. Waiting for another B-Movie gig in London.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
I think OP is asking for modern music that would meet his 80s tastes.
I'd suggest the modern indie scene. Try
the Killers
Razorlight
The Vaccines
Radical Face
Dry The River
Eternal Summers
Allo Darlin0 -
Almost forgot - the band Hurts are very 80's. About time they had a new album, too.0

Well, I was born in the 80s but I love lots of the music. Especially Bruce Springsteen. I'll echo the recommendations for The Killers but also a few bands you might not have come across already like Tegan and Sara who I think would have been very at home in the 80s music scene.

But if I were you I'd ignore the video and just liste, the dancing is so cringey!
The Cribs, Belle & Sebastian, Crystal Castles, Hot Hot Heat, but in all honesty I hear a huge 80s influence in most modern music.Hi.
