Now I like that. Its good to start up business again, but use the fees someone else has charged you as a lesson. You can rise above them especially if they were alegedly illegal and then be much happier rather than moaning about things in the past. Remember past has happened you cannot alter it. Once you completely forgive them one can become very happyWho I am is not important. What I do is.0

If I don't help myself who will. Being a single parent I could sit at home on benefits or I could get my backside up after loosing one business and being registered disabled and make a comfortable life for my child.
Now let me see what would you do?
Nice one Copperheadjack
Its great to see someone with some fight in them and some fire in their belly who is determined to succeed, instead of a load of whingers who want everything served on a silver platter for doing jack all.
Best of luck to you and your kid, with that sort of mental attitude you cannot fail.I am a Mortgage Adviser

The fees I will claim back will go into another property. After loosing almost everthing when the pub company breached their contract I intend to be in it for me and no-one else.
The only thing I came out of there with was my house which had an extremly low mortgage on it.
When I thought the pub company had taken all they could they went to court for 12 months rent even though it was them that had breached their contract. I couldn't afford to defend it and I wasn't going to lose my house.
The Solicitor told me I had a 99% chance of winning but it was just that 1% chance that I could loose everthing including my house.
Now I am completely happy as Mr helpful said wealth does always have to be about money.
I have been on both sides and can see where people are coming from but agree with you both if they won't help themselves no-one will
I do not wallow in the past and think poor me I get on with my life and put my life down to experience and and share it with others so that people know that they can sort themselves out if they use the common sence that they were born with.My Mission today is to have an opinion on everything.
If you don't like it well you will just have to lump it!0
