absolutebounder, your posts appear to have a pattern of attacking other posters rather than the arguments they make. This appears not to be courteous or nice to those you are attacking, something that the general forum guidelines request that we all seek to be. Please reconsider your arguing style, since you're clearly capable of attacking the arguments effectively rather than the people if you so choose.0

no offers below the asking price but obviously you can go over the asking price just that the mortgage company don't profit from itMy Mission today is to have an opinion on everything.

Just remember while you are getting all hot and bothered writing to banks, scrimping and saving your pennies from these charges. I will be laid out on the beach somewhere in eastern Cyprus for most of the days in summer. Although my sun tanning will start next month in Morocco with a little seminar to pay for it all, followed by 8 nights in a beach hotel.
do you just not read the replies or just choose to read what you like the whole point was about profit and as mortgagemama said they take what is owed and the rest is returned in other words the mortgage company don't profit from the repossesion.
But of course you already know that.
As for hot and bothered no it will take three letters which are already written courtesy of this site and will be sent to time scale and will receive refund within 8 weeks including 8% interest and court fees no problem. My Mission today is to have an opinion on everything.

I'm in it for me not others.
If I don't help myself who will. Being a single parent I could sit at home on benefits or I could get my backside up after loosing one business and being registered disabled and make a comfortable life for my child.
Now let me see what would you do?My Mission today is to have an opinion on everything.
