An 8 page thread (and counting) says a lot. I can't think of any other phone that would cause such a reaction?

Even for those that don't like the iPhone, they take the time to come on here and make repeated comments about it.

For me I considered a Apple return, gimme 5 ? Na, give me a Windows Phone with specs/services many manufacturers superceed Apple on since iplop4.

Orange free broadband is not a phone. I said I couldn't think of any other phone that would cause this sort of reaction.

You prefer a windows phone over the iPhone, fair enough.

But you still follow the progress of the iPhone and it's updates, and also make the effort to go out of your way to comment on a thread about the iPhone and it's latest release.

Really ? I remember 3's first 3G phones....

I prefer a very easy user friendly operating system, for now M/Soft are leading that, next year who knows who it will be....

I follow as a previous 3GS owner hoping the OS will get better, I've completely gave up in the last few years on the Apple handset specs.

Out of my way ? not at all you will see me posting in most recent topics involving (mostly) mobiles & internet when on MSE

A cheap, Chinese Android is catching up though. "Huawei G300 £65 from Tesco" https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4165069 7 pages so far,

So maybe the Iphone 5 isn't that exclusive after all, and, of course, the Huawei is almost universally admired in the thread - unlike the Iphone.

Yes I agree, you don't get people who own different brands of phones following the Huawei and going out of their way to make comments, just to let everybody know they don't like them.

Thanks for pointing that out for me.

Can't anybody else see the irony in people coming into a thread about the iPhone update, only to tell us all they don't like the iPhone?

Why be bothered or have any interest about the update in the first place then?
