DD1 passed her theory test (driving) yesterday.

Went to decathlon yesterday, New trainers for Dave, he asked the bloke for the next step up, so up to marathon level , he said that the guy looked at him (up and down) and you could almost hear him thinking "really?" .
Treated myself to a new top, Dave said your looking at s childs top because picked up a fab purple one that was there, smugly I am now wearing my age 14 top. Bought some compression socks as well as keep hurting the top of my foot near my big toe and no idea why.

Due for long run today but not sure, have felt loads better recently but had a bad day yesterday, heart rate dropping to 32 and really felt it, chest tight, breathless, light headed. Back up to 48-58 but not feeling the love. Might see if can do it in bits which I never do but I don't want to over so it.

Week not going well. Poor tiger got run over on Tuesday. Such a loss, was such a lovely boy. Really sad times

Also had external.visit which didn't go as well as we thought and definitely not due to lack of effort but now in big trouble. When I say big i may be slightly under egging it.

Sad without our ginger boy.

Managed 18 miles again today, then shopping then mowed the lawns then did the ironing.

Big trouble meeting Tuesday. Hand on heart, genuinely done nothing wrong and gave it my best, so hoping sense prevails.

You've done nothing wrong, so hold your head high and everything will be fine. Know where your coming from though.

Bless you frayed knot. Bizarrely though mine feels fast, I can feel it in my neck, feel breathless and chest goes tight but its ectopics. Can't they slow yours down?

I think anyone with half a brain would struggle to put the blame in my direction (or my bosses) but you never know. A similar situation happened in a different department a year ago and the reaction was very bad, hopefully the senior management team have learnt.

Busy day, managed a fair bit of deep cleaning, as well as normal chores, visited my dad and other jobs.
