Good Luck with the secondment and hope it's what your looking for. Thank you, I do love this forum as I haven't told my staff for obvious reasons and gives another place to talk. Interview should be tomorrow, taking clothes to work, telling my kids that I'm in interview mode, so that means bigging myself up mentally. My current analogy is if they don't want me, they must be crazy so if unsuccessful then thank goodness as I don't want to be managed by crazy people... I will do my best.. not sleeping, too much to think about, notebook sadly back next to bed.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

You'll be amazing. Looking at all you have achieved on here alone, you should be super proud and have all the confidence in the world.
If by some strange reason they don't want you, then it says more about them than you.
Good luck0
