Just need to mind my mojo greent. Just can't seem to believe it's doable, but determined it will be done. Had a nice 60 min run in gym tonight, good pace and felt easy, yet less week was slower and hurt, it's funny how every run is different.

three days off... Yay!!!
Have been to the gym with dd2 then shopping. A top up and so DD2 could buy dd3 a birthday present (next week).
Made a Chinese takeaway, predominantly bits from FF, a real mixture and was very nice. Spring rolls, chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and prawn / chicken chow mein.
Used FF voucher so £5 off £50 spend.
My running trainers are seriously showing wear and tear, thinking need new was tempted to go and buy today, but MSE kicking in and am just building up a bit of tcb and SB so will "save" up (will take a few weeks but I'll survive) and get from amazon as exact same ones on there and I do like them.
bezzy mates daughter 18 today, I bought her some nice jewellery using my CC reward money on H samuels, hope she likes.

Busy week but noticed a real slowing of pace at work, so winter is officially over...
Bike ride today with dd3 for a change, dd1 at work (she drove both ways with my gripping my seat) and dd2 out shopping with a friend.
Had house full of teens last night, birthday sleepover for dd3. Surprisingly quiet and I didnt hear a thing from going to bed to getting up. They did the face pack thing, sweets, popcorn then dvd's. (so much cheaper than a few years ago, its just pizza et al and jobs a good 'un)

Slow but sure CathT, did 16.5miles today but took 3:03. I unfortunately get bored easily so mixing it up a bit, still doing 4 runs at least a week (with always a long) but did zumba on Thursday and spinning on Tuesday.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
