Sorry, yes it is. Probably 60%. Tbh I think frequently hr practices are to blame. When I set interviews up, I make candidates book a slot, but these are hr set up where they send a slot out. I think if a candidate books self, they are intend to come.
I've set some up for Wednesday, so hopefully mine will be better or at the least any slots unfilled I can do other stuff as set up to do on the ward. I put this advert out myself, and have had 72 applicants. Post is non reg.
Plan to Gym this morning with dd 2, then school trousers shopping with dd 3, dd 1 at work. Then need to do my chores as long day tomorrow, clearly didn't think that through... clocks going forward and Easter Sunday.. doh! No wonder agency not filled!Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

so update.. my old car clutch has died.. so trading in, found a ford ka for Dave and dd1 (dd1 chose it) ALL savings will be used but hey ho.. currently car left "near" garage as not confident could get home and fetching this week. Just need to sort insurance and tax tomorrow.
Had to cadge a lift to work today (first time ever but my deputy who lives nearby)
Thinking today, that if hadnt had to buy car we would be neutral on WIOTW.. again hey ho, thats life!
Worked Long day as v short, have several new staff starting next few weeks so will get better, just hanging in. Very busy, but then time passes quickly.
DD1 been off on school hols, had a bit of time off with her, nice lunch out thanks to groupon. She goes back Monday and next 2 off... so more time off with them which is great but going in at least 2x a week.
News Flash.. long runs "hurt", currently 14.5 miles and when get home feel just broken..
NEVER training for a marathon again, feels chorelike at times getting mileage in. Once off bucket list plan zumba type classes as doing these as extras and really enjoying.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Busy week. 2 days in work. fetched new car (would no longer go into reverse, first gear only and then only if put in first prior to starting the engine then bounced forward.. and had left it outside the garage as not able to drive home) bonus was mum having a voucher for £100 and mentioned it day before. Have got dd1 as provisional driver on insurance now. She's very pleased.
Also had to buy dd3 New clarinet as hers broken and deemed not cost effective to fix.
Need to pay next block of swimming for dd2.
All in all, children are expensive and I have literally no money left in our savings accounts and its cc till the end of the month..
Also had appointments for girls including orthodontist (broken wire) doctors and next week opticians and garage as my car has had a fault recall.
Seem crazy busy at work, which i went in extra off my annual leave to get on top of but was so short, had to cover the shift.
Now have dd2&3 gyming with me, which is nice. Runs still stuck at 14.5 mile, but legs just go like jelly that last mile.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Lost my mojo last few days, had today as rest.
Ended up working 2 days each week on both week's off, which felt reasonable, but shows why annual leave needs to be out of country.
Decided last few days needs to be like a holiday, so wine drunk, books read courtesy of our local library had some 7 day New ones. With swapping car, etc cost the same as a holiday..
Got £150 back in car tax, was expecting a tenner so well pleased.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
