Hope work calms down soon Helen, those shifts are pretty exhausting and after a LD its a recovery days rather than a day off! Keep going with the marathon training, it's hard but you only need to run the marathon once. I've stopped entering races for now as training takes so much commitment, like you am enjoying other exercise and would rather do a couple of HIIT workouts and maybe1-2 runs a week.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

It's absolutely exhausting though Ed, I have real.doubts that marathon is achievable as still 11 miles to add in and I'm literally over... The biggest challenge is fitting it in as when I've done a long, I'm just knackered so the rest of the day is blown. I suppose it's like my msc, I made a deal with myself, if I fail I won't feel guilty as it definitely won't be due to lack of effort. Tonight home from work, sooo tired but made myself go to the gym regardless.
Sb cashed tonight.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

My OH has done the LM twice - he says that the crowds and the other runners drag you round the last 10 miles - he couldn't have done it without them
