Work today, had bed bleep (as exciting as it sounds) but did mean I had done just over 12000 steps before I left at 3.
Continued theme and when got home went for a walk with dd 2. Becoming a nice habit.
Last night's run was very hilly, just over 5 mile but felt like 50! Enough wine calories earnt so waiting for wine o clock.
Ordered quite a few Amazon bits this week, in light of nice chunk of tcb. Mostly birthday gifts which I had saved in my wish list till had some free money.
Prom make up and hair booked.
Just need to think of some ideas for a work trip out. Not a ward do but a small group of fellow sisters. Was thinking spa..? Meal? Activity?Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Day off with Dave. Went a walk then an afternoon cream tea courtesy of groupon. £7 for both of us. Thought couldn't go to wrong and was actually lovely. Little sandwiches, scones, meringue, etc. V nice.
Just been for an evening run to burn some of it off.
Excited as payday yesterday and morgage 1 will be paid off in next few days leaving just £18,000 left. Can almost taste the freedom...Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Thanks .. Just feels a little closer.
Tonight been to dd 1 county band performance, which is always great although glad to be home. Also signals no 1 hour + round trips to drop off at rehearsals for a few week...
Next week's a 4 dayer then 2 weeks off. I am so glad as feeling bone weary being at work every day, really struggling at times. May have overdone a tad as chest been tight for days (much worse today as quite uncomfortable) but ignoring as 10k 3 weeks away and cardiologist said ok... think may short run tomoz and take it steady. Have been short staffed due to sickness so have worked a lot clinically which enjoyed but has taken a toll.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

A spa break for fellow sisters to de-stress sounds good.
Excellent mortgage efforts too, not forgetting you have done this once before so incredible you are achieving it again.
Perhaps try not ignore your tight chest though? Has it eased off a bit?
FWIW Helen, I did 10k yesterday, never thought I would achieve it but really enjoyed it. Came home with tired legs but not exhausted.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Thanks cathT, debating with self 're run today. Sensible side says day off and usually go first thing. I do enjoy it though so frustrating. Tightness not eased overnight. Have just got my echo opa but need to change date.
My plan is 4 runs a week with other stuff on none run days but at least 1 day off weekly. Slow but steady, ran 65 mins Friday but just 5.2 mile. Was half trail which we never do, with a stepped hill, so a mini Rocky belboa moment thrown in! Said that to my middle daughter who had no idea what I meant..
Have mapped a nice 6 miler I want to try.
Sunday chores done. So rest of day mineMorgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
