Dulux have a nice light green - willow tree. We have it in a room in our house and I'd definitely use it again. MUCH nicer than it shows on the dulux website! :) x

Have done the same. Would look good when I get around to revamping playroom.

Day out with family paint balling, groupon deal. 5 for £10, which was 100 balls each plus lunch. Needed extra balls but whole day cost £53 all of us. Only downside is that we all have some cracking bruises.

Have rock climbing and gorge walking day out booked for Tuesday... another groupon.

    Then 10k Sunday.

Girls all have music exam Thursday plus some bike rides planned. Dave off this week which is so much nicer.

Sounds like a busy active week. Your 10k has come around fast! How is the training going. It definitely makes a difference when one of you is on annual leave, ivepretty much worked part time the last few weeks through taking a/l and the thought of working a full week is depressing (and this is in a job I love!)

Yes, annual leave was placed well... although sometimes need a bomb to shake them out of bed, I don't think they'd notice if I was in or out before lunch time.
Running 4x a week but chest is still tight and fluttery at times. I do slow 2 x 6 miles outside, then 2 time limited runs at the gym (around swimming and music lessons) 1 x 45 mins 1 x 60 mins. The shorter one I increase pace every 5-10minutes, as I can...., starting at 5.6, currently ending on 6.2. Once 10k out of way, plan to start making one 6mile run longer but only by adding 1/2 mile every few week but keeping it comfortable.
