Its hard that they didn't call for her, hope she's ok, but completely agree, the crowd you run with are so influential.

Strange re the birthday takeaway. If it wasn't a birthday party I could understand, but it does seem odd!

It was a birthday sleepover, and we have this friend at ours on number of occasions. So agree earthgirl, just odd.

Gym opens at 9am, so ready to go, usually me and one other on a Sunday, so nice and quiet. House is quiet, still woke at 5 which is so frustrating, I have no problem sleeping, it's the time I wake up that is so annoying. I did stay in bed though.

Fab gym session, managed usual stuff, cross trainer, bike, rower, weights then ran 2mile in just under 22 minutes. Best have done since starting running again, felt really good. The bar is officially set.

Chores done, had chicken chow mein for dinner, lots of leftovers for work lunches. Then salad with Dave's home grown new potatoes for tea (roasted in my actifry). Plus fab fruit salad for pudding.

Payday Friday, I am overspent (but I have clothes...) plus over significantly on groceries but again not a problem as feel eating lovely food.

Well done on the well deserved shopping spree, and more so the running, do you enjoy it a bit? I'd reccomend getting out of the gym for some fresh air running before the weather turns bad again though!

Thinking about running outside again FD, starting to feel ready, gym feels safe...

Nice day, ran 10mins and did a mile, then spinning. Have spent hours clearing our my wardrobe, completely, every last bit. Stopped briefly for brew with friend then put loads of stuff in loft (uniforms etc as need to take back), managed to back my head on beam so now sporting a very large lump on my temple, will look great at work tomorrow when I suspect it will change colour... anyway worth it as now my cupboards look so much better, a mix of old "old" clothes and my new stuff.

Weighed early as desperate to drop into healthy bmi, just 1lb lost so still 1 to go for that bmi.

You are doing so well to keep losing consistently when you are so close.

Thanks Alchemilla, I Keep thinking each week that it'll be a sts and then each week seem to get away with it, mentally not sure how I'm going to feel when I hit that ever closer plateau. I now have some good muscle tone to (but still flabby tummy) Have just upped my calories to 1400 plus exercise burned as aiming now for 1lb only a week so I can drift into maintenance when I hit that number.

My ex boss keeps sending me job adverts but I like the work life balance I currently have. Although feel mentally ready for another challenge, frustrating so, I think I can only operate on a certain level of stress and things are so calm at the moment, makes me feel uneasy. Feel like a caged tiger.

Next year we should have 2 out of 3 mortgages paid off and so have more available money, so I'd like to decorate throughout and replace the things we did too cheaply.
I still think my fitness levels could go to another level and open up more doors. I'd love to have weekends away with dave that have a exercise theme.
We could always buy a new house / another renovation project.....
