    Thats my dilemma too - I LOVE baking, its my favourite activity but then theres all this cake lying around...and I cant expect OH to eat it all! :o
    Maybe I need to have children, then I can feed it to them!! :rotfl:

    Dd2 made some gorgeous flapjack vmd, but it's not good for my calorie counting...

    Bought some aldi jelly crystals yesterday, 10 calls for 1/4 pint portion, think 27p, made some and will be trying later.

    It's nice if you make it up using half water, half yogurt.. it's a few more calories but you can pretend its a luxury pudding then :D

    Thanks shala, will have to try when I buy some more this week. Had frozen vanilla muller light with strawberries for pudding tonight, and jelly for lunch pudding, very decadent.

    Dave had vomitting child whilst I was at work so not the best day...

    Bought some more jelly last night!

    Also had chips last night with my new actifry. Not had chips for months.

    Another 1lb lost, now 25% smaller than ny.

    Attempting saffron risotto in my actifry... May be worth mentioning that I don't cook... smells nice so here's hoping.

    Interviewing all day tomorrow for a new receptionist, had 72 applicants.

    Strange day today, spent all of it redoing my staff training database, very unexciting but a good job done. Most stuff booked and logged.
