A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Sending you all positive weight loss vibes.....

Have read a lot on the subject of motivation, and I definitely agree it has to be the right "time", last year not sure how many days / hours my diet lasted, I was just to mentally busy doing my Msc plus the ward was so hard. This year I have made it my only focus and dedicated my previous study time to losing weight as my 2014 project.

Have done long day and got home, Dave watching footie so nipped to gym, working Sunday which is my gym day, anyway limited time so ran, and managed 25 minutes, can't believe it, still red faced now.

Saw a guide to how to dress for your shape

    Are you human shaped?
Play up to your confidence and natural sex appeal by wearing whatever you want.

    Life tip
As it gets warmer, continue to wear whatever you want, flaunt every thing or keep cool undercover, dress yourself to make feel happy.

    Want bikini body?
Put a bikini on your body.

Want sexy own the beach legs?
Shave them .... or don't. They are your legs.

  • Ha Ha I love the bit about shaving your legs, since kids I'm definitely more of a 'don't' kind of gal!

Well done on the weight loss. I'm trying to lose weight at the moment and it's really nice to hear about people doing well. I'm doing my MA at the moment and look after my twins full time and sometimes struggle to find the mindset to exercise and diet.

Just treated self to actifry (haven't had chips in ages) dropped to £89.99 on Amazon, was £127. 99 when added, plus over £50 in agc. So under £40.

Wss, it's really hard when haven't got time mentally, so well done, it's my lone project this year.

Struggled today, kids baking and insist I have one... proves to be a real dilemma, I don't want but mean not to.
