    Thanks wabl

They were on Amazon for £200 ish. I watched them for ages on my wish list, then suddenly had a drop to about £90, so I quickly bought as didn't think would go much lower. I had quite a lot of agc money so only cost me £40 in real money.... can't tell you how much I love it..:rotfl:

Anyway big, no BIG news, no BIGGER news. 3lb lost and that's a healthy bmi!!!!!!! I am so happy.....:j:T:j:T:j:T

    You are brilliant.

    Is that target now?

    Whats your maintenance plan?

Are people behaving differently towards you?
  • Morning HDK, that's FANTASTIC news.

    Go girl.

Did you do anything different to kick start the loss again, or it just dropped off?

I have huge admiration for you, to achieve this in 6 months is brilliant.

    Best wishes, Tilly x x

You are superb Helen, well done :T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Thanks Alchemilla, Tilly GG xxx xxx

I have been very gym focused but had started eating more, average calories about 1600 as feel I'm now wanting to slide into maintenance. 1 more 1lb would make me 10 & 1/2 stones and 4 stone loss which feels like a rounder number, be happy to be that weight forever, I'd like to slowly over next 6 months drift down to 10 stone, just to tone and give holiday wriggle room.
    Soooooooo pleased.

To answer the people behaving differently, have always felt that people see bigger people differently, as if they assume I'm fat therefore I'm lazy, I have never thought of myself as lazy, my life is incredibly busy, I just don't have time... saying that I think I have reverted back to me, the old flirty, confident me, I am an extrovert anyway but I go up a notch and people react to that. Does that make sense?

And what about other people and their behaviour?

On the one hand I despise that thing where some people act differently, on the other I want some of it!

I feel like a second class citizen i guess.

    Sorry too much "me" there!!

Sorry, I edited prev post after alchemilla, think I cross posted.... xx

We have a very strong nurse leader who is very obese, lost loads of weight recently and looked although still very overweight, but so much better. Unfortunate she seems to be gaining again.. I often wonder if she feels it too.
