NP... your back!!! where have you been?

Alchemilla, not hard core just properly knackered. The joys of being the boss... Not sure ill make it till the end of the week without a day off, did abs and body pump tonight but would have preferred a nap on the mat and I definitely didnt work very hard.

Just treated myself to a daim bar and a tub of too moo..

Hi H, I will have a good read through your diary to glean some awe inspiring weight loss tips (clearly eating diam bars isn't one of them?)

Not but they are soooo yummy and just a mere 150 cals of loveliness. In 2nd place is too moo, trailing in 3rd is that old fave the curly wurly. The trick of weight loss is choosing your treats wisely... at a push eat all three as I sometimes do.

Up and ready for next day of sorting, feeling arrgghh, bad start when already taken paracetamol and brufen and feel like my body needs dragging into work. Dave at work last night till 1.30, which on a purely selfish level adds to my tiredness as can't settle till he's in despite going to bed at 10. On wards and upwards.

Thanks mwc. Getting desperate for the weekend. Have cheated and booked asda online as we now have a toilet paper deficit at home. Washing on line and now off to work.

Enjoyed my day off. Got up just after 8, which is very good for me. Then met friend and did aerobics and body pump. Stopped off at aldi for fruit veg yoo moo. Home and ate strawberries, blueberries, yoo moo and meringue... hmmm
Loads of continuous washing all day, cleaned all day and then ironed. Fish and actifry chips with peas for tea. With strawberries and yoo moo for pudding.

Energy levels of a twenty six year old.

Joking with a colleague about when we were 26 and used to be astonished by the 30 and 40 somethings complaining about how tired they were...we with no kids just thought tired was what happened when you were clubbing still at 4 am.

    Thanks wss. X

Don't know ALchemilla, I do struggle to be up past 10.30... some days it feels like all day I just want to put my pj s on! When we had the three girls 3 and under, I sometimes used to mentally count how many hours it was till bed time when I got up...
Wednesday we had a 15 min sit between eating and needing to be out and Dave said to me, we best get up or we'll be asleep and i was asleep...

I do remember the days, late shift, go out clubbing, having had a quick change in staff toilet, quick sleep on return and back on early..

A sts for me this week. Not unhappy, had a unexpectedly good loss last week and my exercise levels are really good, although so is my choc count..
