Cheers NP. Soon be another year older.. Next year I will truly be 21 again... Quite desperate to get the poacher as always getting bits of egg white everywhere and eggs seem to be my main diet at the mo.

Still being "good" despite nervous tension for tomoz. Determined that I will kick off the weight regardless of all the day to day dramas that seem to appear. So staying with the plan.

Struggling with energy for dooyoo and ciao, doing surveys as land in my inbox and minimal effort on SB. £30 AGC so far for Jan.

    Survived...

Was at coroners court all day, coroner was very nice, in fact she made a point of saying when summing up, that she was impressed by my openness and honesty. Also that my passion was very obvious and commendable. The relatives were also lovely and shook my hand as well as thanking in me for my commitment to improving care.
Was a complete polar opposite to how I felt going in. So relieved as have worked really hard at changing this area and has caused me many sleepless nights.

Right onwards and upwards. That's all the scary stuff sorted (for now), back to super positive.

Glad things went well and are looking up all round :T.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

yes Alchemilla. Aerobics tonight. Don't feel any thinner yet although trousers bought for Christmas do are too baggy to wear and the trousers they were to replace no longer cause an injury from button indentations (not attractive) also no zip related injuries from work trousers. Really pleased with 2lb as totm and feel really bloated.

One of the cats seems to be moving out. He has taken to coming home between 10 and 11pm, out all day, not hungry, not wet or cold. We think he has another family. We replaced his collar but was off when he returned. Anyway we have decided that we can't lose him and rightly or wrongly, last night we bought cat litter and when he came in, we have closed the cat flap. We are letting the other 2 out and whilst at work locked him in the lounge. Thought if we do this for a couple of weeks he may realise this is home. We adore our boys and he is such a friendly little man, I can see that anyone could love him but he's our and we are not going to let him be cat napped.

Quite sad really, kids really upset and his brothers really fuss him when he comes in. Dave is also really upset, he walked round and asked all the neighbours if they'd seem him over the weekend. Tiger is currently sulking.
