Well the wii made that horrible noise at me, and made my mini me a huge fatty. Booo. So had porridge for breakfast, stew for dinner and my dads for tea (not quite as healthy as did have home made cake - its his birthday)
Currently perusing low gi cookbooks for inspiration.
Did quite a lot of batch cooking today, to help when Im at work and kids back at school, in order to avoid eating rubbish for tea.
Feeling proactive.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Well I've moved up a level, shopping for food was very planned, and followed my recipe plan for the day... so had leek and onion soup (dd3 made) followed by healthy home made cereal bars (dd2 made) with porridge oats and cranberries pecans etc. For tea salad and home made (sw) quiche (dd2). We have a peanut bar ready for pudding (dd2). Feel a bit like last time, in that food could actually be fun again rather than a chore. Need to find some nice easy quick makes. Freezer has my batch cooked food for when work late.
Have taken down Christmas decs and cut up Christmas cards for next year's tags. Also put up new curtains for dd2.
Dd1, 2 & dh all joining in lose weight challenge. Agreed to give a £ for a lb with dd' s.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

So day 4, on the food front I am doing really well, not a single piece of choc or crisp, unfortunately did have 3 glasses of wine last night...
My new "hobby" is going well, and although won't make it to gym till kids back at school and normal after school activities resume, on the food front we are all eating well. Just need to see how successful on Wednesday when weigh self.
On money side, got letter from coop as life insurance policy ends Feb 1st, so Will get £2,300, going towards Florida though.
Also treated myself to a new budget book as mine only has a few pages left, so all freshly written pages, with clearer budget goals. Was very cathartic.
Nipped to aldi for more food based on planned recipes. Apart from 2 bottles of wine, it was a very healthy trolley..Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
