Too late, done both, mostly before and whilst watching X factor. Speed iron and writing. Have a big pile for postie but will leave that job till day off on Tuesday. I'm going to buy some bags of sweets for work rather than do cards, its easier and yummier.
Have put in more washing, have 2 loads of towels to get through yet but at least no ironing .
What do you think of X factor tonight Sleepygirl? I think the first round they all did average but seems to be picking up on song 2. Sam really is excellent but Nicky is so cute you could squeeze his cheeks. Don't like RC TBH, so they can be off tomorrow,

I wish I had your vavavoom H. I have practically spent the entire day staring at words trying to assemble them into my assignment (due to be emailed to tutor on Monday :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: <
there really aren't enough of these to express how  I currently feel:( <
or these)
With any luck, the universe will implant the entire assignment in my head tonight whilst I'm sleeping, and I will be able to download it Matrix-stylee tomorrow morningFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

Bless you Np, I have every sympathy. Whole house cleaned whilst should be writing assignment, frequently could be found here when should be studying.
Have been asked by colleagues a lot this week if I enjoyed doing masters and if I will do PhD. I genuinely struggled all the way through and felt constantly like Id never get to the end and I Never want to study again, I appreciate this may pass but not to undertake that, thank you very much. (however I am not academic at all)
What are you studying NP?
Big debate at mo, I genuinely do not even remotely want to attend a ceremony however Dave says I should and work colleagues concur. I feel to fat and old and would rather die than attend. Thoughts?
My degree picture has been in the loft for about 5 years at least (I put it there) and there is no way on this earth that a fatty picture of me will be going on any wall in this lifetime. I hate listening to people go on, I hate wasting money, I hate having my photo taken. Seems very clear cut to me... Why would going through it be of any benefit at all? No. After verbalising even more convinced that simply aint happening,Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Ah, it must have been your USB lead you left at work. Won't ask where you attach it .HelenDaveKids wrote: »Big debate at mo, I genuinely do not even remotely want to attend a ceremony however Dave says I should and work colleagues concur. No. After verbalising even more convinced that simply aint happening,. I think as I studied with the OU I wanted to feel like a 'real' student for the day. I'd feel the same if I'd done a Masters I'm sure - and you don't HAVE to have the picture with the plastic tube if you don't want it
.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Theres time yet, Dave very keen but we'll see. My Masters was OU too (as was my degree). I preferred it as it didn't require childcare plus could get ahead if wanted to so then have holidays off without feeling behind or guilty.
Did all my chores this am, as has Dave and kids. So house all nice and tidy.
Have had a couple of hours walking round the village posting all the local cards, good job done. Also dropped a batch of cards to Daves mums as she will be visiting her relatives to deliver hers and I long ago learnt that if I get in quick enough, she'll do mine as well. Have a similar pile ready for my parents as well as some that need to go to post office.
Just getting warm and having a brew (as was nice but chilly out) before start tea, will do a double portion meal to save cooking tomorrow.
Might do tree next week.. Will ask kids first. Dave does go slightly crazy with outdoor lights and I think he plans to do that next weekend.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
