I'm enjoying reading about your transformation RB, we all need to try different things to see what works for us and makes us feel good.
I have been overly generous all my life sometimes at the detriment of myself but if I'm not generous then I feel guilty and that is a painful emotion as well.
A balance is important and healthy in all aspects of life!
Thanks Jox,
It is comforting to know that other people struggle with these things too, you summed it up perfectly xx.Weight 12 st 2lb - Now 11 stone 1 lb (-15 lb)

RB I am so happy about your charity giving endeavour
Thanks NewLeaf, I feel happy with the decision too, it feels right. Giving is intended to be a joy and a blessing, so I am going to find ways to make it so xx.Weight 12 st 2lb - Now 11 stone 1 lb (-15 lb)

Here's a little list of my personal struggles: I carry on eating when full up, I eat too much sugar, I bite my nails, I don't eat much fruit and veg, I don't drink much water, I criticise myself, I give to others and leave nothing for myself, I procrastinate, I doubt myself......but is that just me and I should accept that or do I work on these things, maybe one flaw at a time and just maybe find a balance between the person that I am and the one I aspire to be.....just reading about others' journeys inspires me and might help me along my own0

What a question? I am certainly far more happier now than I was three months ago, so for that, this internet excursion and transformation? has been invaluable.
I am going to enjoy the journey though, and appreciate the views along the way, because the destination might not be all I thought it would be xx.
