Putting My Life Into Order

so weekends here again which means the days will race by (think they go faster than the time I spend at work).. must be some sort of time warp thing going on. Son free zone again which is becoming the norm and I'm not sure I like that - its going to be really tough when they spread their wings properly, I wont know what to do with myself.
finances wise doing ok - got £500 to last till pay day - 23rd and all bills paid and up to date. - so spends will be grocery, maybe some petrol to fill up the car and leccie in the meter - should have some left over when I get paid again.
commission for this month stands at an extra 620£ which makes about 400 net on top of my basic month. don't have to catch up with bills just keep on top of them so cant wait to have a normal month and live like normal people do
have a review with one of the DCA who have taken over my debt so going to get that sorted this weekend... all good in my world0 -
Woo hoo to having some left over.
Perhaps join a reading group or so something free at the library so you're not going to miss the boys as much ?Sealed pot challenge 822

pay day tomorrow and I still have 250 left in my account (how on earth did that happen?!) anyway in the great scheme of things its not a lot and I'm not getting carried away and upping my payments to anyone yet.
employed job is ticking over - feels like ive been here forever tbh which I think is a good thing. more than anything I just like the surety of knowing how much I pick up on a monthly basis and knowing it will be paid in full and on time, I cant believe I lived the rollercoaster of freelancing for as long as I did!
anyway plans for this month?
I should have between 400 and 500 left after paying everything this month - ive joined the gym at work for the princely sum of 7.50PM (they subsidise it very heavily) so I'm going to treat myself to a pair of trainers (gosh I know how to live don't I?). apart from that got nothing drastic planned - just keep on keeping on and watch the balances drop bit by bit

extra 350£ surprise bonus from work that I wasn't expecting and yes andy Wonga is next on my hit list - I've contacted them asking for a settlement figure to see what they offer first off... after reading about them it seems sometimes they offer 50% and sometimes wont budge from the original amount so we shall see if they are open to offers or not

onwards and downwards

Wonga wont accept any less than a 80% settlement figure at this time so I carry on as I am for now and try again in a few months or I offer another creditor a revised settlement figure. regardless I will crack 2 debts completely by the end of the year0

why oh why does something always come up ...
DS1 has been sanctioned by the JC as he signed off from work meaning he has no income till he gets paid at the end of the month so cant get to work and back - cue a sub of 100 to cover bus pass and essential spends so he's sorted. He has appealed the sanction but it can take up to 6 weeks to get resolution so in the meantime he needs to be able to get to work ....
I've had to have an emergency dental appointment with a root canal treatment - don't get it for free now im back at work so that's another 300£ kissed goodbye to - I tried doping myself up on painkillers for 2 days but gave in and had to get it seen to.
and now got a funeral to attend - family member who basically was my surrogate/ second mum when I was growing up so I have to go - they live 400 miles away so its either train or coach there and a day off work which I wont get paid for as I don't get paid holiday till ive passed my induction period....
not going well at all tbh cant see the way to the end of the month with all the unexpected spends that jumped up from nowhere
whats the expression ? these things are sent to try us or some other such sensible nugget... bah humbug.
