another week almost gone at work - ive got to say the time seems to race past working with others rather than me watching the clock hands go round like it used to on my own from home - cat is none to impressed that he's got no company but I think he will get used to having the run of all the perching places (including my chair which I used to have to fight him for it).

LCC did 775$ yesterday which makes another £100+ into the company coffers so all moving in the right direction.

DS1 away for a couple of days for a residential job interview and DS2 has a second interview lined up Monday - all in all its going ok

well another work week over :T and a good one all told. nothing exciting planned for the weekend (is there ever?) DS1 gets home either today or tomorrow so may have a job when he gets here, DS2 is getting nowhere fast with job applications but is just keeping on putting them in - something will come up, what's the expression? perseverance pays or something like that..

anyway gone thru all monies in/ monies out and I'm doing ok. everything paid for last month, money there for this months bills and balances coming down now. want to clear second cap 1 card this month but waiting on written confirmation of what they will accept so not going to jump yet.

LCC is going ok, ex and I had a business meeting via Skype and worked out the plans for the next 3 months so all good there. just got to get busy and do it now.

back to work we go :) actually enjoying work I think its the being with people that's making the difference - now how sad is that? I have so little life that I enjoy the social aspect of working in an office - shoot me now!

DS1 home and waiting to see if he gets a job offer (its decision day today), its beginning to look like he isn't going to do the traditional route of an employed job - looks likely that he is going to do the self employment and contract work by selling his skills as a wrestler, he's been offered training jobs which he can pick up on a sessional basis and then gets paid for his performances in matches. He's getting pretty good at what he does cos the 3 days away he had last week he was actually physically 'doing his stuff' in the ring for less than 40 minutes and earnt £250 for it. I just hope he doesn't get hurt (I watch some of the things he does sometimes and wince at the thought of it going wrong). DS2 has 2 interviews lined up so at least he's getting asked to see people he had no response from any company for over a week and was getting really disheartened.

LCC has hit minimum payout in 2 days of this trading week - that is just from one company using the full version of the software which means we should make 2k plus from full software this month and the extra 800£ from the smaller version. that is all depending on nothing extra happening and 2 of the newer contracts are ready to go into production this week so should pick up a bit from that.

and other news is got an offer from second Capital 1 card who want £750 to settle the bill which is about 75% settlement and no where near the 50% odd they gave me on the first card I settled with them. ok too soon to go back to them and get a good deal on settling the other one so back to the drawing board do I try and do the same with Wonga or do I just build up a buffer zone and a bit of a pot of money for emergencies. decisions uh?

ok DS1 got the job - he's got a contract for 8 shows a month (anywhere in the country) and paid £100 appearance money per show plus travelling expenses. He has 2 schools offered him to take training sessions (x1 each a week) @ 50 quid a time so he's basically got a 15K job split between some really strange hours and all over the country. He's happy so I am for him :)

DS2 is plodding on with the work applications and trying to set up interviews - am keeping him going by encouragement and making sure he keeps up with his life and friends and doesn't hide himself away. he was getting so cheesed off with everything he was starting to stop going out or seeing anyone which is not good.

Me - well I'm ticking over at work ok. getting into a routine and doing ok results wise. revised offer letters will go out again to creditors at the end of the month when I pick up a full months wages :)

LCC had a night down last night - server crashed because of something not configured properly - I've asked the server company for a reduction due to down time but not heard back yet (well you don't get if you don't ask do you?) missed out on perhaps $500 of business last night plus had a refund request so we are about 200$ (our share) down. oh well hopefully the rest of the month will make up for it.

Ok LCC is on track to do 2K again this month for larger software plus the 800 for smaller version - so I get payout again from co to start tackling these debts.

work for me is ticking over - im getting into a routine and actually able to start doing something worthwhile in the evenings now rather than just collapse like I was last week. DS1 and 2 both settled into their routines - go out with mates, look for work, go to gigs, earn extra where they can and have both picked up responsibility for their own bits and pieces - so I'm not an open purse for them so much now.

don't know why im feeling so blah - reality of being in this position and just doing the same thing over and over for what feels like ages kicking in I guess :S

got 2 x cheques thru for outstanding PPI claims so 800£ extra to play with - going to clear it thru my account then work out what I'm going to pay with it - maybe get a month ahead with rent with half of it and then 200£ paid off balance of something and £200 to go and spend (no idea what on as its so long since I've purchased anything other than absolute essentials) - I may even treat myself to a haircut at the local college (I mean its only been 2 years since I had it cut properly...)

LCC is going ok - on track to do 2.3K worth of profit from main software plus the 800 extra from smaller version. I expect next month to take a nosedive with xmas but it should recover ok in January. There's 1.5K that will be untouched by the end of the month in the company that's after all the demands made on the co to pay what it must. that will get us 5 months ahead with running costs or maybe 3 months in the pot and 600 to decide what to do with... decisions uh?

got to menu plan for the week apart from that all sorted and ready to go :)

aqua debt been passed over to 1st credit who were horrible when I foned them to explain the nominal payments would be staying in place till end of this month when I pick up a proper months wages. I then had 20 questions from the stroppy woman on the fone - what is my annual salary, how many kids/ dependants to I have, how much do my kids contribute to the household budget.. I just called it to an end and refused to answer any questions saying all future correspondence will be in writing only. cheeky sods if you ask me.

LCC has just sold another 313$ today making us £37 in one hour of production - we've got 15 hours scheduled tonight so fingers crossed its a bumper one.

ok day off as ive got to use my holiday entitlement up before the end of the year (paid holidays is a luxury of an employed job :) )

got to spend some of today rearranging SO to companies on my dmp - aqua has been sold onto a DCA so I need to pay them instead of the original creditor - got to get a I&E and letter with offer of payment off to them as well but I'm going to set up the payment first - once they have received payment they can hardly decline it can they?

next month is going to be really spendy - no nothing to do with xmas. landlord has threatened to enforce my suspended eviction notice so yet again ive got to pay off rent arrears.. it feels like I spend my whole life getting into arrears, clearing it and then the whole cycle starting again. got to find 700£ odd but I'm going to do half of it now in cash then spread the balance over 3 or 4 months... just feels like I am never going to be straight (and I cant work out how I'm not entitled to housing benefit for the period of time I was unemployed which would take off 200+ of it but apparently I'm not - so dig deep and find the money from somewhere...)

DS1 is injured - first big match on this new contract and he's messed up his knees - hurts to walk at the moment so doubtful he will make his match on Saturday. going to see how he goes then its off to the docs he goes if not eased off at all by Monday. DS2 got some work experience lined up from week after next - bus pass will cost him 45£ for the month (which he doesn't have so I'm subbing him) then he claims it back when he's finished his stint (so more money to find upfront)....

doesn't feel like this will ever get any better at this rate - totally p***ed off with it all :(
