Seeing my boyfriend

  • If you see him at work do what you would do to anyone else in his job position i.e. say hello, make eye contact.

See what happens about after work.

I would take things slowly though, some men do like to have a girl in each port so to speak, which maybe where some of the 'nastyness' from colleagues is coming from.

Am I right in just texting before work and acknowledging him in work tomorrow. Then after work we do what we want?
Stop chasing him, let him chase you. You're in danger of sounding like a bunny boiler,.

You are NOT a bunny boiler, you have been together ages! You just sound like a born stress-head to me. Don't let people spoil it for you! Do you believe in the power of happy thoughts and good karma? Because many people on here are excited for you and want you to have the best time. :D

Acknowledging him in work is normal, even a wink or a cheeky grin if you can do it unseen. I bet that will make his day having got up in the middle of the night to catch the train. Let him text you if he has time, go with his lead because it might be a busy day for him.

  • Hi,

    'seeing him at work',

we don't know what the work environment is, it could be an office with half a dozen desks, call centre, factory, maybe won't be much chance for any 'physical'.
  • Its a call centre and he is usually walking around or depending what he is doing sits at a desk with the managers or in a side room so interaction is possible.

Ive woke up to texts from him at times I thought that no one would be awake at. Made me smile. He was telling me how excited he is to see me and how he nearly missed the train thanks to the taxi

nothing wrong with staying in a hotel for a few weeks , when i met the delightful matthew we spent the first few weeks of our relationship living in a hotel room till we could find our own place, - i did work in a hotel and i transferred job up north to move with him and it was tough but also great fun:)
7 years later we are still together so something went right
