God ladies, I have hit a wall this weekend. All week I can be good but weekends are definitely my downside, I'm going to have to write this weekend off/cut my syns for the next week to make up for the flexi-synning.
I need help so I am thinking of going back to group once I can afford it. I know its 12 weeks to xmas and I need to get rid of this weight. It's dragging me down. My mum is getting married in 6 and half weeks so I need to get this booty on the road. I can't fit into my bridesmaids dress which needs to be brought out now at this stage
Can anyone here give me any motivation??094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

The weeks I don't use my syns are weeks where my progress is much slower!
thanks for that. i have used 7.5 syns one day and 5 the next so im ok i think
ive had a really good couple of days and feel really motivated. the only problem is i have done a month of food plans and the food is not diet friendly...so will need a few tweaks.
the hm pie will just be filling for me as the filling i will need to syn anyway
the sausage and potato bake will have to be small portions with extra veg
im very excited as im planning my christmas baking and have found a slimming world recipie for christmas pudding. have decided to stick with delia for my cake and im buying a smaller tin so that there is less of it....well it is christmas!!
spoken to the kids and said that there will be a lot less rubbish treats around for this christmas. they said as long as there is a tin of roses they are happy to go without all other chocs. i do buy far to much and then it all sits on my hips:rotfl:...i restrict the children as its just not healthy and then as soon as they are in bed i sit with the tin on my lap0 -
Hi ev1;
WI tomorrow - I've had a good week, done 3 green days and 4 EE days with a total of 48 syns for the week so hopefully the scales will be kind to me tomorrow though * week has started unexpectedly today so that could put the kibosh on it!I thik I am going to have a chat with my nurse at next pill check cos this mini pill (micronor)that they put me on last year because of my age and weight isn't doing me any good, it's a fab contraceptive cos my life if one long period (sorry if TMI) bleeding at least 2 weeks out of 4. They put me on a different one to start with (can't remember the name of it but I was a crazy woman on it - seriously moody cow / axe murderer!) but changed me to this one.

Hello everyone!
Just wanted to ask a quick question, what is scan bran! I've seen it on quite a few recipes. Tomorrow is the start of our health kick so trying to plan the weeks menus with a few sweet things so it's not too harsh!
TIA

I've not had scan bran on it's own only in the chocolate 'cake' recipe - it wasn't hideous but I wouldn't be rushing to eat it!
We are off on holiday this week, just a little Haven caravan holiday but I am excited - 5 days of peace and us time! Have decided that I'm going to stick on plan with a couple of flexi-days but most importantly I'm going to enjoy myself. There will be plenty of walking and swimming so I'm hoping I can still see a couple of lbs off at WI next Wednesday.
Hope you all have great weeks and that WI goes well for everybody************************************

Honestly thought I was going to be ok but I'm feeling lonely tonight - why is it hard to make friends as a grown up!? As a child it happens in school but I honestly have no idea how to make friends now I've left uni
I need to decide quick otherwise i will end up just not eating anything. Think I will just have to cook something. MEH!
Just wanted to say I hope yu are feeling betterI know exactly how you feel... It's so hard making true friends. Pm me if you ever need a vent. I'm ok at weekends as I can do things with OH but when my days off are in the week I get very down as I don't see many people.

Hello everyone!
I've got WI tomorrow night. Hoping for a result but Saturday night I fell off the wagon as we ate out. I think having guesstimated what I ate and drank that if I stick to 9 syns a day till tomorrow then I wouldn't have gone over an average of 15 a day but thats just a guess
But I will have done two and a half hours in the gym by tomorrow night, two hours of badminton and an hour long balance board class so hopefully that will balance it out!!!
Argh! Also broke so have been trying to use up what I have in the cupboards which lead to a rather unappetising chicken and mushroom with a creamy quark sauce type of thing with rice. It was OK but, you know, just OK0
