He's a grumpy little shih tzuhe's usually a sweetie but can grump and growl a bit.
The boy got him almost a year before we got together but now he's very much 'our' dog - he's energetic but not such a fan of big walks but since the boy has CP and is a wheelchair user Rocky (that's the dog) didn't used to get walked much************************************

he is definitely a character - more of a teddy bear than a pooch!
Dragging him out for walks helped me with body magic when I was first getting started though. He also makes me think alot about what I'm eating as he watches everything that enters my mouth! I'm sure he knows I'm doing Slimming World some how!************************************

Most people in my class tend to aim for 10 syns a day and we all see consistent lossesThe weeks I don't use my syns are weeks where my progress is much slower!

Hello
Does anyone remember me from way back?
I'll be rejoining SW tomorrow - for good, hopefully this time!
I wanted to share a dish I had this week which although we purchased it ready made with probably extra syns, you could make easily at home for free. I forget it's proper name, but its basically mashed potato and swede with cabbage, and a little cheese melted on top. Like bubble and squeak but with swede and cheese, which added something lovely to it. It was truly divine and I look forward to making a SW friendly version soonNothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

Hi all,
Well I'm ashamed to say my first week has gone to pot! I suffered from health anxiety after DS was born 3 yrs ago and I've had a bit of a health issue this week so that's set me off a bit and Ive been eating for comfort!! I know I shouldn't and it's not an excuse but i do it to take my mind off things!!
Anyway I haven't been majorly bad but may not have too good a weight loss. The good thing about SW though is you can just dust yourself down and start again!
Haven't read all of the post but hope everyone is well.x0
