Some say (on here) that they need to be two different OIN's, but I'd argue that they don't say that in the T&Cs, merely that you need to "pay two different direct debits" each month...and you'd be complying with that.0 -

How disappointing. Does anyone know if a Tesco instant access savings account and a Tesco internet saver account would work for Halifax Reward? I was trying to avoid two accounts with Tesco.
Likewise nothing showing either end. How long have you been waiting Bluebell ?0 -

Charity DDs via JustGiving:
If I wanted to set up two charity DDs can I use JustGiving for both? How would it appear on the statement - as two DDs to JustGiving, or as two separate DDs, one for each charity?
Thanks for your time.0 -

I'd do it to the charities directly, I seem to recall that just giving costs are relatively high meaning nowhere near all of it goes to your selected charity.0 -

Cheers, yes, I'll try, but lots of charities will only accept standing orders directly, but will accept DDs if it's done through JustGiving.0 -
i am surprised more Building Societies don't allow DDs into accounts with them. Monmouthshire Building Society are great for this, but i can't find any others that will allow them.0

There are quite a few, listed in post #1 of this thread. Certainly enough to find the 2 that are usually needed to obtain some current account benefits.
To regularly put the same amount of money into your BS savings account, you can of course always use SOs, so no inconvenience there, and the same end result for your savings account. Just it's cheaper for the BS since they don't have to pay for the DDs.0
