Forums have threads which (are meant) to stick to the topic of the thread.Vladislavs wrote: »why bother to have this forum then? if everything we need to know on T&C pages of different banks , hello?

I have set up the following monthly direct debits to meet t&c for my current accounts:
£1 to tesco internet saver x2,
£1 to post office online saver x1and
£1 to santander e saver x1.
I believe the post office account only allows a single direct debit but the Tesco and santander ones both allow upto 3 direct debits to be set up is this correct?
I was looking to se if there was any others which allow more than one direct debit to be set up if anybody knows of any
thanks

yeah i have thats why i chose the santander esaver which says "max 3 apparently" and the tesco account which only says "multiple DDs" neither specify for certain how many dd are allowed.
Only ones that seem to specify multiple direct debits other than 2 i have i dont believe would be available to me as i dont have a mortgage with YBS or an old egg acount

I currently have 7 or 8 DDs on my Tesco Internet Saver, serving 3 x Halifax Reward accounts (the other 3 are served by Egg Savings) and 3 x LTSB Vantage accounts. The other 1 or 2 are what I set up originally when I opened the account.rookiethegooner wrote: »neither specify for certain how many dd are allowed.0 -
You'd need a big surplus, but monthly contributions to the ISA of Personal Assets Trust are by DD.Free the dunston one next time too.0

I've just noticed that a Santander eSaver "funding mandate" (aka DD) failed to collect from a Halifax Reward CA this month. It collected OK last month and there is sufficient cash in the CA to fund it this month. I logged on to Santander and requested a manual pull from Halifax but that takes 5 working days(!) so won't reach the Halifax till May. I wonder if I'll still get my fiver?
Does anyone else have Santander eSaver DDs failing to pull?0 -
My last Santander esaver one was taken on April 2 ok.0
