Yes that's the one. I haven't stitched much to be honest as I can't even begin to see it coming together. If you PM me your e-mail address, I can send a picture and you can see what you think.

Thanks for the offer - it is much appreciated.

Happy St. Patricks day to one and all.

Up a bit earlier than planned - neighbours came home and started having a wee party at 4am - so not much sleep since then - been doing some reading but thought I get up and do some stitching but might go for a sleep again later - feel quite tired.

Ok here is the latest on purple work -

    Still aiming for the 31-3-13.

Might have start on another birth sampler - someone I used to work with who I keep in touch with is a Granny for the first time. Thought I had ages to do it but the baby came quick.

Well off to check out email and FB. Keep well everyone,

    sweetcarer ;)

And the piece for my aunt. They have little nicknames for each other and I managed to find a Mouseloft kit for each name. The frame is 12" by 8" from the £1 shop..

    lovely Caroline.

Woo, have just finished listing all the cross-stitch bits on ebay. Have upped the prices to include postage costs so they probably won't sell but as it's free listing weekend I've not really anything to loose.

batman afghan is coming along VERY slowly. I was hoping to stitch a person a night but so far I've not even finished the first one!!!
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

I know what you mean I've been trying to stitch a flower cross all week, managed a small amount but I really don't like it so I'm unpicking it all  I could've done loads on BD :( Back to BD tonight and hopefully helping Brednall out soon with her piece :)

My weekend has been spent catching up with friends and family which has been nice.

Sadly the cross stitch drought has continued and I'm cross with dmc who keep advertising new kits on facebook but with no clue as to when they will be available to buy.

There are some fab blackwork kits coming out.:T

Spent all afternoon searching online for simple cross stitch patterns using few colours and no backstitch. A lady on Facebook that runs the SFPSFC on Facebook very kindly sent me some material to stitch for the Sandy Hook children. She sent me 30 squares !!! I only needed about 10 to stitch the entire 30 that I wanted to stitch, so I have decided to use the rest for stitching for her group.

She has sign up boards there for different quilts but I can't stitch for those as I don't have all the threads required so I am using up threads I have here and stitching brightly coloured designs instead that can be used on any quilt.

If anyone sees any designs that might suit on their travels, please let me know...xx
